Mozilla doesn't download web pages(but opens web pages.IE opens web pages immediately asked to

my mozilla browser doesn't download web pages.

previously "downloads" window is opened if i download any web page.but now it is not happening .

i does n't change any settings.

how can i resolve this problem.

also my IE also opens a web page and immediately asked to close the browser due to IE error. both these problems occured from the same time.

im asking help to resolve this problem.

May be some virus is causing this problem, try uninstalling firefox and download and install the latest version of firefox ( install it in a different location not in its default location), to fix IE just update through windows update.
